This family single proprietorship is owned by Rosalina Teope, Filipino of Chinese descent.
With globalization taking place, Teope Commercial saw the need to upgrade its operations if it wants to keep up with the fast paced economy of the 21st century. From being a family owned sole proprietorship engaging in the import and distribution business for the last 30 years, the family, in 2003, decided to form GSPDI, a corporation distinct from the parent company, to handle the distribution and logistics aspects of the business. |
